Mariana Song is a Brazilian singer-songwriter who started singing Bossa Nova in her native town Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She studied voice with one of Tom Jobim’s backing vocals for several years. In 2014 in New York she started doing weekly gigs of Bossa Nova and Samba in Manhattan and after two years she moved to Woodstock, NY where she met wonderful skilled musicians who accompany her so she can continue sharing the beauty of her culture through Brazilian music. Mariana offers private Singing Lessons in person or online and group workshops in the Hudson Valley, in NY.
PETER EINHORN is a graduate of the University of Miami jazz guitar program and holds a Masters degrees in Music Composition and Mathematics. He is an active player, an award winning video and documentary composer, and the inventor of the SpiderCapo which has expanded the voice of the guitar, and is distributed worldwide.
JIM DONICA can be heard on landmark recordings such as Maynard Ferguson’s, “Big Bop Nouveau”, the soundtrack recording of “Permanent Record” and “Trash City”, with Punk Rocker Joe Strummer and with MCA recording artists The David Becker Tribune, on “Long Peter Madsen” and “Siberian Express”. His long standing and ongoing gig as bassist for the legendary, Chita Rivera has taken him around the world playing for audiences who just can’t get enough of Broadway royalty.

MATT GARRITY has been on the music scene since 1994. He has performed with some of the best in the business, including Grammy winner, Vincent Herring, David Williams, Teri Thornton, Peter Bernstein, Gary Versace, Ron McLure, Ed Cherry, Ben Monder, Ratzo Harris, John Stetch, Jeremy Pelt, Steve Slagle and Jerome Richardson, among others. Since 2017, Garrity has been producing Barnstock, a jazz series featuring recording and live streaming from his studio in Woodstock, NY.
**THE CONCERT**
BARNSTOCK is a monthly jazz series in Woodstock, NY. Run by drummer Matt Garrity, the space is set in the top floor studio of of a renovated 1911 barn. It’s warm, intimate setting makes for the perfect listening room. Come hear some of the best musicians on the scene in the hippest house concert you’ll ever go to, including Grammy winning artists!
